Greetings friends

Un nuevo dia, agradeciendo por cada despertar, y la oportunidad de disfrutar de lo que tanto me apasiona salir a correr y disfrutar del medio ambiente. Ya 5:00 am, bien temprano me levante, disfrute de un cafecito, y me fui a realizar mi entrenamiento, hoy nos salio calle, salimos del estadio a la calle, me encanta ir a trotar a la calle ya que me siento libre, me siento parte del medio. Para el dia de hoy mi entrenamiento consto de 8K, la ruta elegida, la preferida, la que me lleva al mar. Los dos primeros kilometros estuvieron en un ritmo entre 7:21 y 6:31, calentando un poco el cuerpo, siempre me cuestan estos dos primeros kilometros por lo que siempre los tomo como calentamiento. Y ya sintiendo el cuerpo mas caliente, comence a bajar ritmo que fueron desde 5:44 a 6:10. Gracias a Dios el clima estuvo bien agradable. De regreso a casa me llamo la tension un arbol grandotote bien frondoso, lo asemeje asi como el arbol de la vida, ya que se veia bien antiguo. Hoy nos encontramos varias personas entrenando apeovechanco al maximo las primeras horas del dia. --- Al llegar a casa realice unos estiramientos, me estabilice , estaba bien sudada hoy transpire mucho, trate de no parar durante los 8k, ni a tomarme una fotico, ya que siento que cuando paro pierdo, me siento pesada, ademas que la mente se vuelve floja, ya quiere parar al llegar al kilometro 5. Estas pocas semanas que faltan para la carrera tratare de no parar durante las carreras para asi rendir mas, y trabajar la mente.

A new day, grateful for each awakening and the opportunity to enjoy what I am so passionate about: going out for a run and enjoying the environment. At 5:00 am, I got up very early, enjoyed a cup of coffee, and went to do my training. Today we went out onto the street, leaving the stadium behind. I love going jogging on the street because I feel free, I feel part of the environment. Today, my training consisted of 8K, the chosen route, my favourite, the one that takes me to the sea. The first two kilometres were at a pace between 7:21 and 6:31, warming up my body a little. I always find these first two kilometres difficult, so I always take them as a warm-up. Once my body was warmed up, I started to slow down to a pace of between 5:44 and 6:10. Thankfully, the weather was very pleasant. On my way home, I was struck by a large, leafy tree, which I likened to the tree of life, as it looked very old. Today, we saw several people training, making the most of the early hours of the day.


When I got home, I did some stretching and stabilised myself. I was very sweaty today; I perspired a lot. I tried not to stop during the 8k, not even to take a photo, because I feel that when I stop, I lose momentum, I feel heavy, and my mind becomes lazy, wanting to stop when I reach kilometre 5. In the few weeks left before the race, I will try not to stop during the races so that I can perform better and work on my mind.
