Dia viernes, agradeciendo a dios por un dia mas de vida, por un bonito dia, ideal para ir a entrenar, hoy ya despues de una semana de entrenamiento senti la carga en mis piernas, la cuesta de esta semana si que me pegaron porque al dia de hoy aun sentia mucha carga y desde ese dia he estado igual, una pesadez en mis piernas, aunque no tenia uchas ganas de entrenar hoy, me dije, que era necesario para asi descargar algo, y nada mas ideal que en la grama, al llegar el estadio ya estaba abierto, y habian prsonas entrenando🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽- realice un calentamiento previo, e inicie mi entrenaniento que si que me costo, eso sentia una pesadez terrible para trotar, pense que podia mejorar en los siguientes kilometros, pero no fue asi, bueno lo que hice fue tratar de llegar a los tres kilometros, luego di unas vueltas caminando, creo que tambien me esta afectando que no he dormido bien estos dias alli me doy cuenta que importante es dormir bien, y bueno tambien creo que como no comi nada antes de salir ya que no tenia mi cambur mi energia estaba bien bajita, bueno alli me dije no todos los dias son igual, asi que escuche mi cuerpo y me relaje .
Friday, thanking God for another day of life, for a beautiful day, ideal for training. Today, after a week of training, I felt the strain in my legs. This week's hill training really took it out of me because today I still felt very tired and since that day I have been the same, a heaviness in my legs. Although I didn't really feel like training today, I told myself it was necessary to unload some of that weight, and there's no better place to do that than on the grass. When I got to the stadium, it was already open, and there were people training🏃🏽🏃🏽 🏃🏽- I did a warm-up and started my training, which was really hard for me. I felt a terrible heaviness when jogging. I thought I could improve over the next few kilometres, but that wasn't the case. Well, what I did was try to reach three kilometres, then I walked a few laps. I think it's also affecting me that I haven't slept well these days. That's when I realise how important it is to sleep well. And well, I also think that since I didn't eat anything before leaving because I didn't have my banana, my energy was really low. Well, that's when I told myself that not every day is the same, so I listened to my body and relaxed.
Al terminar de ntrenar me hidrate, y vi necesario tomarme un descanso para recuperarme, asi que el largo de esta semana lo hare en nombre de Dios el dia Domingo. Hoy estuve muy feliz porque recibi el correo con mi numero para la carrera Caracas Rock 2025, que emocion, ya cada vez esta mas cerca mi primera participacion en esta famosa carrera que he anhelado participar, y tambien muy feliz porque vere al equipo de hiverun.
After finishing training, I hydrated myself and felt I needed to take a break to recover, so I will do this week's long run in the name of God on Sunday. Today I was very happy because I received the email with my number for the Caracas Rock 2025 race. How exciting! My first participation in this famous race that I have longed to participate in is getting closer and closer, and I am also very happy because I will see the Hiverun team.
