Mi mejor entrenamiento de la semana lo disfrute en mi entrenamiento largo, me lo disfrute a mil, cumpli con todo lo indicado para este entrenamiento. 6:00 am, despues de disfrutar de mi cafe matutino, y con el clima a mi favor, me fui con mi esposo, hacer nuestro entrenamiento largo de la semana. Inicie con un ritmo bien lento, super relajada, parecia que hasta iba de paseo, me sentia como frenada pero bien, es realmente a este ritmo que debemos ir a un ritmo tipo paseo, controlando las pulsaciones, estableciendo una conversacion, y lo mejor de todo disfrutando la belleza del mar el hermoso paisaje que contemplo en gran parte de mi ruta, esto me inspira mas.
I enjoyed my best training session of the week during my long run. I had a blast and did everything that was recommended for this training session. At 6:00 a.m., after enjoying my morning coffee and with the weather in my favour, I went with my husband to do our long run for the week. I started at a very slow pace, super relaxed, it felt like I was going for a walk, I felt like I was slowing down but it was fine, it's really at this pace that we should go, at a walking pace, controlling our heart rate, striking up a conversation, and best of all, enjoying the beauty of the sea and the beautiful landscape that I can see for most of my route, this inspires me more.
Esta ruta como eran unos kilometros mas , nos toco subir un cuesta que si que tiene un poco de desnivel, las piernas estaban super pesadas,es demandante esta subida, las pulsaciones se dispararon inmediatamente, una cuesta bien pronunciada, ideal para trabajos de potencia, esta via es la que lleva a una de las playas mas turisticas del estado, es una ruta hermosa que bordea todo el mar, alli en este punto marco los 7 kilometros alli nos tomamos unas lindas capturas fotograficas se observa la ciudad desde un punto alto. Alli nos hidratamos, y seguimos ya de vuelta, bueno ya casi llegando a casa me di cuenta que mi strava me robo como 2 kilometros, me senti triste porque no quedo registrada pero bueno son las cosas que pasasn con strava. Un dia de entrenamiento largo como debe ser, con un ritmo mas lento.
This route was a few kilometres longer, so we had to climb a hill that was quite steep. Our legs felt really heavy; it was a demanding climb and our heart rates shot up immediately. It was a very steep hill, ideal for power training. This route leads to one of the most popular beaches in the state. It is a beautiful route that runs along the coast. At this point, I marked 7 kilometres, and we took some beautiful photos of the city from a high vantage point. We hydrated ourselves there and continued on our way back. Well, almost home, I realised that my Strava had stolen about 2 kilometres from me. I felt sad because it wasn't recorded, but hey, that's the way it goes with Strava. A long training day as it should be, at a slower pace.
