Y con un maravilloso clima inicie mi entrenamiento de este dia, hoy salimos a la calle, nos toco calle jejeje, me encanta entrenar en el estadio porque mis piernas me lo hacen saber, pero la calle tambien me gusta me hace sentir libre en contacto con el medio que me rodea. Inicie mi entrenamiento del dia de hoy con un calentamiento, la ruta del dia de hoy la que mas me gusta la que me lleva al mar, los primeros kilometros manteniendo la estrategia comenzando a ritmo mas lento y a medida que avanzaba ir bajando los ritmos, al llegar al punto donde generalmente me devuelvo cuando hago los 8K en esta ruta, me causo impresion un señor pescando en el risko mas alto del lugar, se veia solitario, alaba su caña de pescar, no creo que salio a pescar porque su atuendo no lucia como los señores que pescan, mas bien yo creo que paro en ese lugar sin pensar que iba a pescar, quizas saco su caña de pescar y decidio bajarse a relajarse pescando, lo mire un rato y su mirada estaba fija en direccion donde halaba la caña de pesca.
And with wonderful weather, I started my training for the day. Today we went out onto the street, we had to go onto the street, ha ha ha. I love training in the stadium because my legs let me know it, but I also like the street because it makes me feel free and in touch with my surroundings. I started my training today with a warm-up. Today's route is my favourite, the one that takes me to the sea. I kept to my strategy for the first few kilometres, starting at a slower pace and gradually increasing my speed as I went along. When I reached the point where I usually turn back when I do the 8K on this route, I was struck by a man fishing on the highest rock in the area. He looked lonely, holding his fishing rod. I don't think he went out fishing because his attire didn't look like that of the other fishermen. Rather, I think he stopped there without thinking he was going to fish. Perhaps he took out his fishing rod and decided to get out and relax by fishing. I watched him for a while, and his gaze was fixed in the direction where he was pulling the fishing rod.
Y unos metros mas adelante de mi ruta preferida, veo que ha sido invadida por un parque, bueno le da mas alegria y visitas a este ligar, ya que estamos de vaccaiones y este es uno de los lugares mas concurridos en mi ciudad. Me senti como niña en el parque, si que mi ruta tuvo novedades en este dia. Y segui de regreso a casa tratando de mantener un ritmo constantes que oscilo entre 5:50 y 6:00 min/km. Me senti muy bien, lo que si que transpire muchisimo.
A few metres further along my favourite route, I see that it has been taken over by a park, which brings more joy and visitors to this place, as we are on holiday and this is one of the busiest places in my city. I felt like a child in the park, and my route did have some new features on this day. I continued back home, trying to maintain a steady pace that ranged between 5:50 and 6:00 min/km. I felt great, although I did sweat a lot.
