Inicio de semana, con la intensidad de las temperaturas en toda su expresion. Hoy toco entrenar en la tarde, lamentablemente no pude en la mañana, pero bueno, hay que tambien estar en ambientes robustos, de condiciones extremas para asi ser mas resistentes, y cuando toquen climas agradables rendir aun mas. Con un trote corto pero bien caliente inicie mi semana de entreanmiento, cada vez mas acercandonod al gran dia, el caracas rock, ya los que uqedan son 4 semanas, ya entrando en la etapa final de un entrenamiento.Pero aun seguimos dandolo todo. Para el dia de joy queria hacer unos pocos kilometros pero a ritmo, por lo que calente un poco mas antes de iniciar ya que generalmente el calentamiento lo hago con los dos primeros kilometros, es mas le dije a mi epsoso que no me iba a para en donde siempre lo hacemos porque si que siento que me cuesta volver arrancar, ademas que asi la mente no se acostumabra a parar.
The week begins with temperatures reaching their peak. Today I have to train in the afternoon; unfortunately, I couldn't do it in the morning, but hey, you also have to be in harsh environments with extreme conditions to become more resilient, and when the weather is pleasant, you can perform even better. I started my training week with a short but intense jog, getting closer and closer to the big day, Caracas Rock. There are only four weeks left, and we are entering the final stage of training, but we are still giving it our all. For Joy Day, I wanted to run a few kilometres at a steady pace, so I warmed up a little more before starting, as I usually warm up for the first two kilometres. I even told my husband that I wasn't going to stop where we always do because I find it hard to get going again, and also so that my mind doesn't get used to stopping.
Inicie a 6:23 min/Km, luego fui bajando, pero ya el ultimo kilometro senti la intensidad del calor, estaba realmente ahogada, y mas que me lleve una camisa que me hizo transpirar aun mas, solo por andar luciendola, ya que queria correr con la camida de la carrera que organizamos, si que nos hemos vueltio fanosos en nuestros pueblo, como organizadores de la carrera, que emocion, pero me resulto caro esto, porque yo con camidad con manga no puedo correr con tanto calor transpiro muchisimo, me agoto aun mas. gracais a dios llevaba mi hidratacion. Los ultimo kilometros volvi a estar alrederor de los 6:26 min/Km
I started at 6:23 min/km, then slowed down, but in the last kilometre I felt the intensity of the heat. I was really suffocating, and what's more, I was wearing a shirt that made me sweat even more, just because I wanted to show it off, as I wanted to run with the shirt from the race we organised. We have become famous in our town as race organisers, how exciting! But it was a costly mistake, because I can't run in such heat with a long-sleeved shirt on. I sweat a lot and get even more exhausted. Thank God I had my hydration with me. In the last few kilometres, I was back to around 6:26 min/km.
