ENGLISH VERSION
Greetings friends
Wednesday. Today we went for a run, heading out onto the streets to feel the freedom. I love jogging and running along the avenue that runs alongside the beach, feeling a sense of divine freedom, being grateful for life, for my health, and for being able to get up every day and enjoy the benefits of running. Today's route was 8 kilometres long, starting with the first two kilometres as a warm-up, and then increasing the intensity a little. The weather was pleasant for the first few kilometres, then it started to intensify. I've been sweating a lot these days, thank God I took my water with me, because without it I'm nothing. I want to stop and I get upset when I can't drink water. The goal for today was to maintain a controlled pace to relax from yesterday's speed. Today I felt better, thank God, because I slept more and I don't feel heavy or tired, and my plantar fasciitis has improved a lot through exercises, therapies, and taking care of my footwear. It has been a wonderful recovery.
Today I finished my training on the flat. After a few kilometres and sweating buckets, I sat down for a while before getting home to cool down a bit. It's very important in every training session to have time to cool down and not finish everything in a rush, doing tasks, because then your body doesn't recover properly. And now we're getting closer and closer to the big day, running together for HIVERUN. How exciting to be in my first Caracas Rock race.
