Dia de trabajo en el estadio 😰😭. Bueno aqui vamos. De acuerdo al plan hoy toco series largas, esas que retan el,poder de la mente. Para el entrenamiento de este dia fuimos a primeras horas del dia la estadio. Gracais a Dios el dia amanecio con un clima fresco. Inicie mi entrenamiento de este dia con un calentamiento de aproximadamente 2Km a ritmo suave, entrando en calorcito. Al terminar el calentamiento me hidrate, y comenzo la tortura 😜😜. la primera serie larga que tenia que hacer era de 3 Km, pero que va inicie y ya casi al llegar al 1.5 Km, pare, me senti muy fatigada, y la mente me jugo sucio, no me sentia fuerte mentalmente asi que lamentablemente me domino, no pude culminar mi primera serie de velocidad, pare me hidrate, me recupere y segui para la segunda serie de 1,5Km, siguio controlandome la mente, asi que pare, me hidrate y fui para la tercera serie de 1,5Km, pero ya a ritmo suave, me relaje, y bueno no culmine la tarea de este dia, en velocidad pero si en kilometros, me dije, bueno a terminar los kilometros, para que el cuerpo no se afloje. Y esto es lo fuerte de estas series largas, ya que trabajar la mente con fatiga no es facil, hay que trabajar bastante este estado. Al terminar las 4 series, realice unas vuelticas al estadio mientras mi esposo culminaba su entrenamiento que si lo cumplio al pie de la letra. --- Bueno y asi son los entrenamientos unos dias bueno, y otros no tan bueno. Lo importante es mantenerse firme, y no abandonar porque fracasemos en un entrenamiento. Lo importante es levantarse nuevamente y continuar. Y seguimos preparandonos para la CAF 2026. --- Y bueno seguimos con nuestros entrenamientos.πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

For today's training, we went to the stadium early in the morning. Thank God the day dawned with cool weather. I started my training for the day with a warm-up of approximately 2 km at a gentle pace, getting warmed up. After finishing the warm-up, I hydrated, and then the torture began 😜😜. The first long series I had to do was 3 km, but no way, I started and when I was almost at 1.5 km, I stopped. I felt very tired, and my mind played tricks on me. I didn't feel mentally strong, so unfortunately it got the better of me. I couldn't finish my first speed series, so I stopped, hydrated myself, recovered, and continued on to the second 1.5 km set. My mind continued to control me, so I stopped, hydrated, and went on to the third 1.5 km set, but at a gentle pace. I relaxed, and well, I didn't finish the task for that day in terms of speed, but I did in terms of kilometres. I told myself, well, let's finish the kilometres so that the body doesn't slack off. And this is the hard part about these long sets, because working your mind when you're tired isn't easy. You have to work hard at it. When I finished the four sets, I did a few laps around the stadium while my husband finished his training, which he did to the letter.
