Y siendo teniendo la gran conviccion que lo que mas disfruto de cada carrera son los entrenamientos, cada uno con sus niveles de dificultad, anecdotas, es un maravilloso tiempo, ya que ademas nos hace medirnos en cuanto a organizacion, compromiso, disciplina, alimentacion, descanso, es un gran tiempo que disfruto al maximo, y son etapas que debemos superar para poder avanzar, y mas aun si la disfruto con mi esposo, es un maravilloso tiempo juntos, cada quien a su ritmo, pero compartir este tiempo nos une mas. Y bueno ya todo listo para el encuentro con el equipo de hiverun, y disfrutar de esta maravillosa experiencia.

Greetings friends
The day assigned for speed training at the stadium, but today's training was different, as it is the last day of training before Sunday's race in Caracas, where I will be participating alongside my husband for the first time in this race, which is a major event for the running community, Caracas Rock 2025. I am very excited about my first participation in this race, which is so popular in my country. Today's training continued with a few kilometres at medium intensity. And, of course, to be even more rested, we trained at the stadium early in the morning. Today, the stadium was very quiet, and the weather was good. Today, with each lap, I imagined myself in the race, visualising each kilometre of this route that I don't know, hehehe.
And being firmly convinced that what I enjoy most about each race is the training, each with its own level of difficulty and anecdotes, it is a wonderful time, as it also allows us to measure ourselves in terms of organisation, commitment, discipline, nutrition and rest. It is a great time that I enjoy to the fullest, and these are stages we must overcome in order to move forward, and even more so if I enjoy it with my husband. It is a wonderful time together, each at our own pace, but sharing this time brings us closer together. And well, everything is ready for the meeting with the Hiverun team and to enjoy this wonderful experience.
