The 24th hive borehole project has officially begun its preparation, and it represents another important milestone in our mission to bring clean, safe drinking water to communities throughout Ghana. The borehole project builds on the impact of Hive’s initiatives – using blockchain technology to create real, life-changing results.
Following a successful meeting between Hive and local community chiefs and members of the community, an agreement was made regarding where the new borehole would be located. The agreed-upon location is optimal and central to the community, making it easy to access for all community members. The borehole location reflects the collaboration and dedication of the people who are committed to bringing about positive change in their day-to-day lives.
Each new borehole serves as a reminder of why the Hive Borehole Project exists—to bring hope, health and dignity to families who have for years been struggling to get access to clean drinking water. Each well built brings clean water and empowers communities, eliminates hardship, and improves overall quality of life.
As the Project Manager, I am truly inspired and excited to see another borehole ready to once again make its mark. Each phase of this project, from start to finish, is a testament to what can be accomplished when we work together, supported by the Hive Blockchain, and create lasting change that spreads beyond one community.
