Greetings to all the readers here,
I have been a little busy with my work. Recently, me and my colleagues were discussing about starting something new. I pitched around five to six ideas and almost everyone liked them, but I felt sad after hearing what most of them told me. They said the ideas sounded good, but they would need investment of both time and money, and there is always a chance of failure. They advised me to think again before going ahead with them.
I know that there is always a probability of failing as well as succeeding in whatever we are doing in life. But the question I want to ask them is, what is the point of believing that you are going to fail without even trying? I think we should at least give it a try and then see if we are going to fail or succeed with the idea.
Even if we fail, I believe that will still be a step towards success. I am not afraid of failing, but I am afraid of not trying and leaving my idea behind. Sadly, I do not have a lot of investment and I wanted at least five members from my team to agree and invest with me equally so we could become equal partners in the idea I pitched.
But for now, I think I will wait a little longer until I am capable enough to kickstart this idea on my own. Still, I am not going to give up, because I know that one day, with them or without them, I am going to do what I want to do.
I am grown up, I am in my late twenties, and I know that life does not give us many chances. That is why I believe people who are in school or college should learn to give their first attempt and set aside the fear of losing or failing in life. If you do not try, you are not going to succeed or fail. Whatever happens will benefit you in life, either in the form of experience or success. So make sure to give it a try before you give up.
