However, Kachurmukhi usually has an excellent source of fiber. Which is very beneficial for the human body. Of course, if you are lacking in protein, eat fish, which will work as a unique part of staying healthy. Of course, tomatoes, including all vegetables and fish, will increase your resistance to disease. To stay healthy, you must buy good vegetables from the market in your daily life and give your family a fresh green curry every day.

taro root 250 grams
shrimp 200 grams
tomato 150 grams
soybean oil 80 grams
salt as needed
turmeric as needed
ginger paste 100 grams
garlic paste 100 grams
green chili paste 30 grams
spices as needed

step by step recipe making tutorial

First, I took all the ingredients. Then I cleaned the shrimps by removing their heads. I washed them with clean water. Then I added a little salt.

Next time I'm trying to use as much turmeric as possible.

Here, I have combined shrimp, turmeric, and salt well.

Here I have cleaned the eggplant and tomatoes well and cut them into nice cubes. Later I have peeled the onions nicely and chopped them finely.

Next, I let the soybean oil cook and heat it up. Then I let the shrimps cook. I fried them until they were a nice light reddish color. Then I drained the shrimps from the oil with a strainer and placed them on a separate plate.

Next, I put the chopped onions in a pan, mix them well with oil, and try to lightly fry them.

Then, with great feeling, I added the garlic, ginger, and chili paste to the pan. I also added the spices and mixed them well.

Here I have combined it well by using light turmeric in the curry.

At this stage, I used a generous amount of salt and mixed it well again.

Then I added a generous amount of tomatoes. Then I mixed all these spicy ingredients well.

Next, with great feeling, I added the shrimp and fish and mixed them well again.

Next, I added the kachur mukhi to the pan and mixed it well.

Here I have added 250 grams of water which will help in boiling the kachur mukhiya.

Then I put the lid on and mixed it well every 12 minutes. Then I put the lid on and boiled all the ingredients.

Here I have used spices after using all the ingredients and great taste in the curry with extraordinary feeling.

It will be good again by combining it well. We have completed the curry cooking with a light hit by completing all the steps nicely. Let us follow the finale.
