Greetings, fellow Hivers!
I’m excited to share with you the progress we’ve been making at @TeamPh. Step by step, we are bringing to life a concept that many have been passionately working on for quite some time now.
TeamPh is a diverse group of individuals from all corners of the globe, spanning different time zones, cultures, and backgrounds. Despite these differences, it is the shared passion for the game and the collective dream that has brought us together as one united community.
Minutes of the Guild Meeting Date: April 5, 2025
1. Opening Remarks
The meeting was hosted by @mangomayhem (Chairman).
Key objectives were reviewed, focusing on guild accountability, task completion, and upcoming proposals.
2. Completed Items & Updates
Committee Roles Chairman (@mangomayhem)
Duties: • Highest Rank on Committee • Report to the Founders, put through any proposals that have been voted for by the Guild Committee that may require financing. To ensure that there is methods to ensure buying and staking of TeamPH Tokens. • With the assistance of other Committee members to devise the correct strategy to ensure maximum productivity and competitiveness through the Guild. • To Take Ownership and accountability of the Guild and ensure daily tasks are being completed • Host Bi Monthly Meetings • This person must have strong communication skills, great leadership, and passion for the organization and community.

Vice Chairman (@mernmin)

Secretary (@mdasein)
Duties: • To ensure Guild Members are aware of upcoming Meetings, Events (Fight Club & Tournaments) and welcome new comers to the Guild. • Schedule Bi – Monthly Meetings • To take the minutes of the meetings and post a Peakd article for transparency purposes. • To create a working document with “Things to do” and update when tasks have been completed.
Status: Completed.
Man of the People (@thejedo)
Duties:
– Social Discussion King • This Person should be in tune with the community, sociable and able to communicate well • To gather points of concern and bring them to the attention of the board for resolution • To act as a mediator should this be required • To set up relevant polls focusing on points of discussion via the committee and report back findings. • To create a recognition scheme • To collect dues owed by Guild Members
Status: Completed.
Treasurer (@damour)
Duties: • Manage guild finances including tracking income/expenses related to TeamPH Tokens. • Oversee staking rewards and ensure transparent financial reporting. • Collaborate with Chairman/Vice Chairman on funding proposals. • Collect and record member dues (if applicable). • Assign Brawl Roster Every Brawl cycle • Recruit new Members • To Assign roles in discord for Team PH token staked level. • To Welcome new members into the guild and try to get them to introduce themselves. • To add new members to the bot and remove old members • To assign guild roles and make sure new members understand the contribution structure.
