So many significant events have unfolded both globally and locally in recent times. With all these important happenings on both the global and local stages, it is even more meaningful and appreciated that you find the time to read this humble article about TeamPh.
Last Sunday, I spent most of the day traveling and had to rush to make it to our guild meeting on time. Despite the tight schedule, it was truly rewarding to reconnect with such an amazing group of people who always support and have your back in the game. I regret that this write-up about the meeting is overdue, but I wanted to take the time to capture the important details and the positive energy shared during our gathering.
Minutes of the Guild Meeting

Call to Order
The guild’s Chairperson, @mangomayhem, warmly called the meeting to order at 9:00 PM, setting a positive and engaging tone for the evening. As the meeting leader, @mangomayhem effectively guided the discussions, ensured everyone had the opportunity to contribute, and kept the agenda on track, fostering a collaborative and focused atmosphere throughout the session.

Agenda and Discussion Points
1. Guild Building Upgrades and Enhancements
@MangoMayhem5 generously donated 38,000 GP to the Barracks, significantly boosting the guild's resources. This opened up new space within the guild, creating opportunities to welcome and accommodate more members, thereby strengthening the team's capacity.
2. Reaching Out to Inactive Members
At TeamPh, we believe that effectively reconnecting with inactive members is vital for maintaining a strong and engaged guild community. Personalized outreach that acknowledges each member's unique circumstances can make a significant difference.
For this reason, the guild is reaching out to @rondonsneezy with a genuine and supportive message, aiming to reconnect and encourage active participation. This outreach reflects the guild's commitment to open communication and its desire to ensure every member feels valued and included.
3. Account Scholarship
The account @mangomayhem4 is being offered a scholarship opportunity by @arveno. With this, @arveno is providing support, such as lending valuable in-game assets or resources, to help @mangomayhem4 participate and progress in the game. The scholarship arrangement allows the player to grow their skills and contribute to the guild’s success, while sharing any earned rewards according to their agreed terms.
In line with this, @mdasein requested that merits be used to purchase Gladius packs on the @mangomayhem2 account. Honoring the request, @mangomayhem had the privilege of opening the packs, and the entire guild celebrated enthusiastically when he pulled a highly coveted GF Quora card. This exciting moment boosted morale and added to the team's collective excitement and motivation.
4. Request for adjustment of TeamPh Rewards for Brawls is being tabled to the council.
To be able recognize player contributions in guild brawls, TeamPh has changed its rewards structure as follows: The MVP of a brawl will receive 500 Staked $TeamPH; however, if there is more than one MVP, this reward will be shared equally among them. Additionally, rewards are tiered by performance: members achieving 100% participation receive 300 Staked $TeamPH;, those with 80% participation get 150 Staked $TeamPH;, and members hitting 75% participation earn 75 Staked $TeamPH;. This tiered reward system is designed to fairly distribute rewards, encourage active participation, and recognize top performers while promoting teamwork in brawls.
Next Meeting
The next guild meeting is scheduled for October 5, 2025, at 9:00 PM. Members are encouraged to mark their calendars and prepare any updates or discussion points in advance to ensure a smooth and productive session. This advance notice allows everyone ample time to organize their schedules and come prepared to actively contribute to the meeting. Clear communication and timely reminders will be sent through TeamPh Discord channel as the date approaches to maximize attendance and engagement (c/o @mdasein).
