Dragonfly

One afternoon while walking in the lap of calm and quiet nature I came across an amazingly beautiful scene A red colored grasshopper was sitting on a dry leaf The bright red color of its body the transparency of its wings and the delicate structure were so charming that I could not take my eyes off it It seemed as if nature had taken a little red from its color palette and applied it to the body of this grasshopper The scientific name of the grasshopper is Dragonfly and this red colored species is called Red Dragonfly or scientifically Crocothemis servilia It is found in many parts of Asia Usually they can be seen flying around ponds on the banks of rivers or in bushes but seeing a grasshopper resting on a dry leaf is truly a different experience.

At first glance this little insect seemed like a red flame of fire Although it is a very small animal its color and beauty attract the attention of any viewer The transparency of its wings is so delicate that it shimmers when the light falls on it When flying in the air it feels like red flower petals are floating in a dream The beauty of nature is hidden all around us, but in our busy lives we often do not see these small beauties That afternoon I was lucky because the grasshopper sat in the same place for a long time so I was able to capture its beauty on my mobile phone In the picture although the color of the dry leaves is faded the bright red color of the grasshopper has brought a lively glimpse amidst the filth as if nature is trying to show that beauty is hidden even in filth.

Grasshoppers are very beneficial creatures in nature They eat mosquitoes and small flying insects to maintain the balance of the environment At the same time they play an important role in determining the health of wetlands Therefore they are of immense importance not only for their beauty but also for protecting the environment When we were young we used to try to catch grasshoppers whenever we saw them but seeing the beauty of this red grasshopper I felt that it is better to enjoy the magic of its colors from a distance and silently than to catch or disturb it Every animal in nature has its own beauty and role and it is the responsibility of humans to respect that beauty.

While I was taking photos there was a gentle breeze and silence all around It seemed as if the grasshopper was resting peacefully Maybe it was tired from the day It was sitting on a dry leaf as if it was spending some time in peace in the lap of nature It was not afraid of the sound of clicking on my mobile phone but rather it sat still Seeing this scene it seemed like how simple life can actually be We run around every day and suffer from countless worries but a small grasshopper found peace sitting on a dry leaf Nature seems to teach us that peace is not always found in big things but in small moments.

The wings of the grasshopper the sparkle of its eyes the color of its body all in all it was a beautiful sight Looking at the pictures it seems as if they were painted by an artist This work of art in nature is not created by the strokes of a brush but is created within reality In the end I have to say that the photography of that afternoon remained special for me The beauty of the red grasshopper reminded me once again how precious the small forms of nature are If we take the time to look around we can find such beauty every day and that beauty makes our lives rich and joyful.
