Ideally, people don’t rate advice once it is not coming from a wealthy, influential or popular figure in the society. So, to be honest, I wish you would take this piece of advise; imbibe it and pass it on. I started this year with some written goals, *“the logic behind every success is conscious effort to jolt it down and constantly remind yourself of how you will get it done”*. ![70BE9E8E-115A-4EA8-9248-BE07FA69E878.jpeg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/mediahousent/23tRtHjRvBfxUErbNjyGvi7a6uScW5FamuiuaQaq7Z7EAc5PTeHWmQzP7D79dENQjAnqA.jpeg) [Image credit](istock.com) Prior to this year, I had some unfinished plan/goals for year 2020 which I brought forward into the year. *“You probably have written down your goals like I did yeah? Don’t be too harsh on yourself; sometimes you may not achieve everything you set out for the year- say to yourself there is no deadline!”* I want to be sincere, I cultivated some habits (good and bad) last year. That made up about 40 percentage plans I am working on achieving this year. Frankly, *“our habits are natural strength and abilities we should pay attention to”* You may have heard about PDP, not the ruling party in Nigeria though; but **Personal Development Plans**. You cannot immerse knowledge without acquiring it. Sincerely, *“the leverage rich folks have over every other category of people is there level of information/exposure”*. You will need to dedicate yourself to a certain level of growth through constant acquisition of knowledge.
