Hoy les traigo el tutorial de estas bandas para el cabello que siguen en tendencia y a demás son ideales para hacer ejercicio.
Today I'm bringing you a tutorial for these trendy headbands that are also perfect for exercising.
Solo necesitaremos tela licrada, tijeras, cinta para medir y máquina de coser:
We will only need spandex fabric, scissors, measuring tape and sewing machine:
Con la tela doblada de esta forma vamos a cortar un rectángulo de esta medida 25cm x 8 cm, en este caso yo quiero hacer una negra y otra marrón:
With the fabric folded in this way we are going to cut a rectangle of this measurement 25cm x 8cm, in this case I want to make one black and one brown:
Ahora solo vamos a coser con puntada de zigzag todo el contorno dejando un orificio pequeño sin costura:
Now we are just going to sew with a zigzag stitch all around the contour leaving a small hole without sewing:
Cuando tengamos todo listo, vamos a introducir una punta hasta llegar a la otra, y unir costura con costura para que quede parejo, de esta forma:
When we have everything ready, we will insert one point until it reaches the other, and join seam with seam so that it is even, like this:
Y ahora vamos a coser todo el contorno:
And now we are going to sew the entire outline:
Y al estar totalmente sellada vamos a voltear toda la banda por el orificio que habíamos dejado antes:
And once it is completely sealed, we will turn the entire band through the hole we had left before:
El orificio lo pueden sellar, a mi me gusta dejarlo libre, al estar por dentro ni se nota. Eso sí, debes hacer un buen remate para evitar que se vaya la costura.
You can seal the hole. I like to leave it open; since it's on the inside, it's barely noticeable. However, you must finish it well to prevent the seam from coming loose.
