Mi última visita a la Iglesia del Valle [Esp/Eng]

 Hola linda comunidad. Hace ya varias semanas atrás, cuando mi hermanita aun se preparaba para hacer su primera comunión. Yo quise acompañarla junto con mi papá a la famosa ***"Iglesia del Valle"*** que es la **Basílica menor de Nuestra Señora del Valle**, porque realmente tenía mucho tiempo sin poder entrar a la iglesia, porque aunque había ido antes recientemente, no fue para asistir a misa. Lo chistoso de este día, es que llegamos 10 minutos tardes y toda la iglesia estaba completamente llena de personas, hasta el punto en el que había personas que se encontraban en la puerta y fuera de la iglesia para poder escuchar la misa. Y nosotros nos unimos a esas personas jasj. > Hey, awesome community. A few weeks ago, when my little sister was getting ready for her first communion, I wanted to go with my dad to the famous ***“Iglesia del Valle”*** which is **the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Valley**, because I hadn't been to church in a long time. Even though I had been there recently, it wasn't to attend mass. > > The funny thing about that day was that we arrived 10 minutes late and the whole church was completely full of people, to the point where there were people standing at the door and outside the church to listen to Mass. And we joined those people, haha.  Al finalizar la misa, todos tenían la oportunidad de pasar a la iglesia para realizar que lo iban a hacer. Sin embargo, al entrar y ponerme a un costado de la iglesia por todas las personas que estaban junto a mí, me percaté de algo muy curioso a lo que nunca le había prestado atención. Y es que, justo al entrar, en el techo, hay un diseño muy bonito de unos ángeles. > At the end of Mass, everyone had the opportunity to go into the church to do what they were going to do. However, when I entered and stood to one side of the church because of all the people around me, I noticed something very curious that I had never paid attention to before. Right at the entrance, on the ceiling, there is a very beautiful design of angels.    Luego seguí caminando hasta una de las puetas, donde nuevamente me detuve, y pude ver otra vez hacia arriba, pero voletando hacia mi espalda, y estaba esta parte de la iglesia que, no sé bien qué es, porque yo no soy la más experta en estos temas, pero realemente se ve muy lindo desde abajo. > Then I kept walking until I reached one of the doors, where I stopped again and looked up once more, but this time turning around to look behind me. There was this part of the church that I'm not sure what it is, because I'm not an expert on these things, but it really looks very pretty from below.   Y, la verdad la iglesia, a pesar de ser una de las más visitadas por turistas y las personas que vivimos acá, siento que por dentro no está totalmente cuidada, o al menos no está igual de linda que antes, pero los crristales que siempre me gustaba ver de pequeña siguen intactos. Esos son las ventadas de la iglesia, los cuales son pedacitos de diferentes colores y formas, para que, con el sol, brillen en ese color. Todos estos cuentan una historia diferente sobre la virgen del valle. Historias de los margariteños con la virgen. Lastimosamente en esta oportunidad no pude tomar fotos a todos, pero, realmente siguen igual de lindos y siento que es una de las cosas más bonitas. > And, to be honest, despite being one of the most visited churches by tourists and locals, I feel that the interior is not well maintained, or at least it is not as beautiful as it used to be, but the stained glass windows that I always loved to look at as a child are still intact. > > These are the church windows, which are pieces of different colors and shapes, so that when the sun shines on them, they sparkle in that color. All of them tell a different story about the Virgin of the Valley. Stories of the people of Margarita with the Virgin. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't take pictures of all of them, but they are still just as beautiful, and I feel that they are one of the most beautiful things.     Quise seguir avanzando hasta el final, pero realmente ese día había muchas personas en la iglesia. El único detalle negativo que podría comentar sobre esta iglesia, es que, a pesar de los ventiladores que hay, realmente es un lugar caluroso. Pero, la vibra del lugar es realmente linda. Tanto por dentro, como por fuera, e inclusive mucho antes de pisar la plaza de la iglesia. > I wanted to keep going until the end, but there were really a lot of people in the church that day. The only negative thing I could say about this church is that, despite the fans, it really is a hot place. But the vibe of the place is really nice, both inside and outside, and even before you set foot in the church square.
