I Believe My Former Political Party Is Trying To Bury Me, It Won't Work
Hey Hey Lion's hope you been safe and well, apologies for not being around for a while dealing with some annoying behaviours from my former political party. These guys seem worse than the Mafia when it comes to leaving and not letting you.
I can't say too much as a bit of this is currently before the courts but I can report on some of the items already publicly available and I will leave a lot of the big ticket items to national and international journalists because my little issue causing me significant harm has blown out into an international human rights violation.
Yup, I live in Australia so it's not something you'd think would happen here especially in 2025 but hold onto your court tails as we discuss some of the current public matters.
Human Rights Violations
So without being woe is me, I legit had an issue where a government body inputted itself where it is not allowed to in order to seek revenge because we'd been complaining about the lack of government services and the many, many failed examples of poor decision making.
They didn't just get involved in my home construction to cause me financial harm, It also resulted in the construction company going into administration impacting 450 other home builders. There have been many, many other involvements that has led to significant human rights breaches. Like actual ones.
So as you do, you try to resolve it and get compensation for the financial losses but, these people didn't want to they went down the whole "prove it" and "bring it on" and "we will destroy you".
So just like any dad I decided to say, fark it. Bring it...... Turns out probably wasn't a good idea because I have had an entire local government, political party and now my state thrown at me. I have to admit, it has mentally destroyed me.
Effectively under house arrest
So a few of the pollies thought it was a good idea to go and lie to the police whom have put one of the most restrictive Personal Safety Intervention Orders on me, we had our first court hearing on Monday and the judge asked the Police prosecutor to consider loosening the restrictions so I can enjoy my basic human rights.
Now this order makes it virtually unable to even go out my front door or get to work.
The police prosecutor without hesitation stated "NO"
Australia is about to get an international headache
If you been following along you'd know that my partner and I are Indigenous Australians and Australia is a signatory to many U.N Conventions and while I can not disclose much as it is currently progressing. You can not detain Indigenous people without charge, you can't do it to people in general.
So as I sit here absolutely losing my sanity and most likely my home and my life as it is, Australia is about to cop a beating from the international community.
All because a Government is trying to hide the fact it screwed me in building my home. You will never really hear me go on about the past and colonisation, I might touch on things here and there but I am one who just wants to drink my beer, go to work and pay the bills.
So anyway, I am thinking of starting a Go Fundme as I need money for legal bills and mortgage.
If anyone would like to help, I would be greatly appreciated as my 8 year old and 5 year old are the ones suffering the most through all this.
