Дуже захоплюючі краєвиди відкриває нам Хмельниччина. Та не лише краєвидами полонила вона, а й історією про те, що ж за таємницю ховає така заворожуюча місцина -Бакота?
When I first heard about this place for traveling from friends, I somehow associated it with the American state of Dakota, somehow the name resonated, because not knowing anything about this area, we pronounced its name incorrectly.
Коли я вперше почула про це місце для мандрів від друзів, мені воно чомусь проасоціювалось з американським штатом Дакота, якось назва перегукнулась, адже не знаючи нічого про цю місцевість, ми і вимовляли її назву неправильно.
Therefore, we did not expect to see anything authentic. That is, we made some parallels with one of the states on the other side of the world, and decided that after traveling around Khmelnytskyi, we will tell as if we were in America)))))
Тому нічого автентичного не очікували і побачити. Тобто провели якісь паралелі з одним зі штатів на іншому кінці світу, і вирішили, що помандрувавши по Хмельниччині будемо розповідати ніби були в Америці)))))
Why am I telling all this here? To the point that if you ask Google to show photos of DAKOTA and BAKOTA, the first thing that pops out are landscape photos, rocky massifs, mountains. I really wasn't ready to see that in the neighboring Khmelnytskyi region there is something of similar beauty, as if it were really in the American Dakota))))
До чого я тут все це розтеревенюю? А до того, що якщо попросити ГУГЛ показати фото ДАКОТИ і БАКОТИ, то перше що вибиває - це ландшафтні фото, скелясті масиви, гори. Я реально не була готова побачити, що в сусідній Хмельницькійобласті є щось подібної краси, наче і справді в американській Дакоті))))
For some reason, we are ready for beauty abroad, and what is at least 300 km from me, there is such beauty - the head does not accept belief. Friends, this is such a place.....it fascinates anyone who gets there. It's like another dimension.....I'm not kidding....I've not only never heard of the place, I've never heard of the village, I've never heard anything of such grandeur and it amazes me.
От чомусь до краси за кордоном ми готові, а те, що найменше за 300 км від мене, є така краса - голова не приймає віри. Друзі, та це така місцина.....вона заворожує будь-кого, хто туди потрапить. Це наче інший вимір.....я не жартую....я не просто ніколи не чула про місце, ніколи не чула про селище, я взагалі нічого не чула про таку велич, і це мене дивує.
After all, the beautiful Carpathians have been walked and crossed, and BAkota is such a magical place (I put the emphasis on the first syllable on purpose) not even in stories and not in geography)))) Now you feel the difference when the emphasis is placed? This place immediately sparkles with energy and strength)))) Bakota, yes, this is beauty in Ukrainian))
Адже красиві Карпати ходжені переходжені, а такі чарівні місця БАкоти (навмисне ставлю наголос на перший склад) навіть не в історіях і не в географії)))) Тепер відчули різницю, коли проставлені наголоси? Це місце одразу іскрить енергетикою і силою)))) Бакота, так, це краса по українськи))
What else fascinates it? - a rocky monastery, a silent and painful story about dozens of villages flooded during the famine, and a story about how this is a place of silence, about how to find peace here...
Чим воно ще заворожує? - скелястим монастирем, мовчазною і болючою історією про затоплені десятки сіл під час голодомору, і історію про те, шо це місце тиші, про те, як тут знайти спокій....
