Today, i hit the gym like any other day. Its legs day one of the worst days if you ask me. I was a little tired today and was in a hurry all day, after finnaly getting the time to get ready for gym i get ready.
Once i get into the gym i start with leg press and do my series and after the third one my head hurt like it rarely does, impossible to do the other exercices my whole body feel like empty of energy.
I had the time to take a shower, drink water amd start walking on my way home. My head still hurts, way less but still hurts.
Is it because i'm tired ? Did i push too much ? Was the music too loud ? Didn't i drink enough ?
In the end whatever the reason of this faillure was i'm still disapointed because i didnt achieve my today gym goals, i cant do more even though i would want to do more ...
Any piece of advice on how to deal with these moments ?
