Hello to all my dear friends!
Today I have an incredible surprise for you. I’m here with one of the greatest champions in the world — a veteran, Ali Tabrizi Nouri. He is a three-time world and Asian champion. Although he was invited to Mr. Olympia several times, he never participated.
He currently holds several honors and owns multiple gyms. I got the chance to visit one of his gyms through a close acquaintance. After filming some training videos together, it was time to take some photos.
Here are a few of the photos we took. He has a charismatic and amazing personality, and sitting and talking with him reminded me of legendary champions like Takhti.
For the photos where he was leaning against the pillar, I used natural daylight. The branch of the gym where we were shooting had glass walls, so sunlight came in beautifully. Later, we went to another branch of his gym, which was located in a basement and had no natural light — so it was time to set up artificial lighting.
He is now 52 years old and still in great shape. It’s truly amazing how he continues to follow his diet, train regularly, and stick to his routine even at this age.
In the coming days, I’ll be sharing some of the videos we made together so you can see how incredible everything was.
I also captured one of the photos with a different composition and converted it to black and white.
Generally, in my photography, if there’s natural light, I don’t use additional lighting. I also usually avoid direct eye contact with the camera — it has become a kind of signature style for m
In the shots where he’s holding a water bottle, he changes his pose and facial expression perfectly for each photo.
Thank you so much for staying with me until the end of this post.
Wishing great days ahead for everyone.
Until we meet again, goodbye.
