I took these photos around five in the afternoon when the sunlight had become soft and gentle the groom was stylish and posing came naturally to him and that made my work smooth and easy.
I used an eighty five millimeter prime lens which softened the background and kept the full focus on his face and elegant style in some shots the reflections on the glass brought light back into the frame and created photos that carried both depth and warmth.
In one of the photos I gave him a pose with his hand in his pocket and the sunlight was falling across his shoulder this frame carried a sense of calmness and dignity and showed how a simple gesture can change the entire character of the photo.
In another photo he was looking directly outside and the sunlight fell into his eyes at that moment the frame carried a serious and thoughtful mood and for me it was one of those scenes where the subject and the light complete each other perfectly.
For me it is always important to make light pose and the mood of the subject work together in this series everything came together beautifully his classic three piece suit with the tie and the watch completed the look.
I hope that whenever he looks back at these photos he remembers how stylish and confident he stood in that moment and I wish that his married life will be full of light elegance and peace just like these frames. Photography by @menati
