I went to sleep way past my bedtime last night. After a long conversation with a friend—a fellow Hivean too—my mind just wouldn’t stop working. This morning, fueled by a few cups of coffee, I sat down to make a short video about some of what we discussed.
I felt video was the right format, because text can be interpreted in so many ways. After all, there’s no way for you to see me smiling through my keystrokes.

At any rate, I want to invite anyone—everyone, really—to join the conversation. These issues matter, and I think they make more sense to talk about now than ever. Sure, the market will turn around, it always does. And when it does, we might forget about them. But they won’t simply disappear.
