Conociendo el INCES de Guaraguao y aprendiendo algo nuevo [Esp/Eng]

 Hola, linda comunidad💕 Espero tengan un buen inicio de semana. En esta oportunidad quería compartirles la experiencia que viví junto con @rlathulerie @jesymora @valsalazar @melan11e el pasado miércoles. Nos aventuramos a tomar una formación en administración de recursos humanos en el **INCES**, y digo nos aventuramos porque, en mi caso, jamás había ido al **INCES Guaraguao**. Por acá en Juan Griego (donde vivo) hay uno, y asistí a un curso una vez hace mucho. Curiosamente pensé que se verían iguales, pero no, son bastante diferentes.

Hello, nice community.💕 I hope you have a good start to the week. On this occasion, I wanted to share with you the experience I had with @rlathulerie @jesymora @valsalazar @melan11e last Wednesday. We ventured to take a course in human resources management at **INCES**, and I say “ventured” because, in my case, I had never been to **INCES Guaraguao** before. There is one here in Juan Griego (where I live), and I attended a course there once a long time ago. Curiously, I thought they would look the same, but no, they are quite different.

   Pero antes de seguir contándoles qué me pareció, tengo que hacer un espacio para compartir que al fin pude conocer a @rlathulerie luego de varios meses de que me presentó Hive. Por ciertas circunstancias no pude estar en el ***onboarding*** en el que participaron, pero ella igual se encargó de explicarme todo a detalle por mensaje. Y bueno, estaba muy emocionada porque también me había prometido llevarme **detallitos de Hive** (que están preciosos, por cierto). Fue súper genial conocerla.

But before I continue telling you what I thought, I have to take a moment to share that I finally got to meet @rlathulerie after several months of Hive introducing us. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't be at the ***onboarding*** session they participated in, but she still took the time to explain everything to me in detail via message. And well, I was very excited because she had also promised to bring me some little gifts from Hive (which are beautiful, by the way). It was so great to meet her.

 Continuando con esta súper aventura, primero, para los que no conocen qué es el **INCES**, este es un instituto de formación técnica y profesional gratuita que se encuentra distribuido por todo el país, ofreciendo diversos cursos o talleres para impulsar a todo aquel que esté interesado en obtener nuevos conocimientos o aprender más sobre un área en específico. Acá en la isla hay **5 oficinas del INCES**, como comenté en un inicio. Al que fuimos en esta oportunidad fue al de Guaraguao, y no sabía que quedaba frente al mar, lo que es increíble porque, imagínense, terminan alguna clase y justo al salir tienen vista al mar. Solo en la isla, claro que sí.

Continuing with this super adventure, first, for those who don't know what **INCES** is, it's a free technical and professional training institute located throughout the country, offering various courses and workshops to encourage anyone interested in gaining new knowledge or learning more about a specific area. Here on the island, there are **five INCES offices**, as I mentioned at the beginning. The one we went to this time was in Guaraguao, and I didn't know it was right in front of the sea, which is incredible because, imagine, you finish a class and as soon as you leave, you have a view of the sea. Only on the island, of course.

   Otra cosa que pude notar es que mantienen muy bien el espacio. Sus instalaciones se ven muy bonitas, y el salón en el que vimos la formación tenía aire acondicionado y una súper TV. Creo que los otros salones también tienen aire, yo me estaba congelando en ese lugar (pero solo es un “creo” porque no tuve la oportunidad de verlos en persona). Igual, está buenísimo ver clases y no sufrir de calor.

Another thing I noticed is that they maintain the space very well. Their facilities look very nice, and the room where we saw the training had air conditioning and a great TV. I think the other rooms also have air conditioning, I was freezing in that room (but it's just a guess because I didn't have the opportunity to see them in person). Anyway, it's great to watch classes and not suffer from the heat.

    Con respecto al contenido que vimos en la formación, estuvo interesante, pero si buscas algo que sea más específico en el área de administración de recursos humanos, no es para ti, es bastante general. Por si les interesa, entregan certificado con **valor curricular.** Igual estuvo buenísimo ver que ofrecen estas formaciones en la isla y, por lo que nos dijo la profesora, **son constantes**. Solo es cuestión de informarse.

The content we saw in the training was interesting, but if you are looking for something more specific in the area of human resources management, this is not for you, as it is quite general. In case you are interested, they provide a certificate that counts toward your **academic record**. It was great to see that they offer these training courses on the island and, according to the teacher, **they are ongoing**. You just have to find out more about them.
