Una tarde de risas, amigos y torta de piña🍍[Esp/Eng]

 Hola **linda comunidad**💕 Espero se encuentren bien, hace un par de semanas atrás mis amigos que he mencionado en diferentes posts y yo tuvimos un plan improvisado para hacer una torta, sí, una torta de piña. Siendo sincera, no soy una experta en repostería y aunque uno de mis amigos es chef, no le gusta mucho esa área. En realidad, chistosamente, le tiene miedo, pero él dice que es porque en la repostería es más difícil arreglar algo luego de que ya está en el horno, y si te equivocas en alguna medida todo se daña por completo.

Hello **nice community**💕 I hope you are all well. A couple of weeks ago, my friends, whom I have mentioned in different posts, and I had an impromptu plan to make a cake, yes, a pineapple cake. To be honest, I am not an expert in baking, and although one of my friends is a chef, he does not like that area very much. Actually, funny enough, he's afraid of it, but he says it's because in baking, it's harder to fix something once it's in the oven, and if you make a mistake, everything is ruined.

  Ese día fue el verdadero “confía en el proceso” y en las medidas exactas de la receta. Lastimosamente no tengo la receta porque sin querer se me borró de los mensajes, pero bueno, si hay un plan parecido próximamente la guardo para compartirla. Algo chistoso que pasó ese día fue que la pesa de mi amigo estaba medio dañada o muy dañada, daba las medidas mal si no colocabas de una forma específica el bowl que estabas usando.

That day was all about “trusting the process” and following the recipe's exact measurements. Unfortunately, I don't have the recipe because it was deleted from my messages, but if there's a similar plan coming up soon, I'll save it to share. Something funny that happened that day was that my friend's scale was slightly damaged or very damaged, giving incorrect measurements if you didn't place the bowl you were using in a specific way.

   A mí se me había olvidado que tenía tantas fotos en la galería de ese día y que no había hecho un post, porque sí, mi trabajo ese día fue tomar fotos y también cortar piña. Además, aprendí algo nuevo, porque yo no sabía que la parte de arriba de la torta de piña era caramelo y luego se ponían las piñas y encima la mezcla. Yo siempre pensé que solo era la piña y la mezcla.

I had forgotten that I had so many photos in the gallery from that day and that I hadn't made a post, because yes, my job that day was to take photos and also cut pineapple. I also learned something new, because I didn't know that the top of the pineapple cake was caramel and then they put the pineapple on top and the mixture on top of that. I always thought it was just pineapple and the mixture.

   Aun así, un súper dato es que aunque la torta sí estuvo buenísima, al final faltó hacer más caramelo para que no saliera justo como nos quedó a nosotros, que parece que se quemó, pero no fue así. Así que asegúrense de que su torta de piña tenga suficiente caramelo para que les quede bonita la presentación. Al final fue una bonita tarde con todos mis amigos, siempre es bonito apreciar estos momentos con tus seres queridos, aunque son instantes sencillos serán los que más se recordarán en un futuro Espero les haya gustado mi post. Even so, one important tip is that although the cake was delicious, in the end we needed to make more caramel so that it didn't turn out like ours did, which looks like it burned, but it didn't.
