I hear story of a shooting star. People making wishes when they see a shooting star. It is usually common with movies though. Same for the genie thing too. Rubbing a kettle and making three wishes. Since it is from the movies, I know it is a fantasy. From my opinion, I think we depend on a Wish when we think we cannot achieve something. We may think it is impossible to attain, so making a wish will make it easier, faster and better.
Grant my wish! I am not the guy that makes a wish list. I just think it makes me lazy and make me hope in something that is not real. You can make a wish If you want, it might help you get what you want.
