I am not so sure but I heard that nuts are medicinal, it helps the body build up very well. I guess it might not be all the nuts but I know cashew nuts are good for the body.
I love nuts myself. It is quite crunchy in the mouth. I don't know a lot of nut but the few I know and I have eaten is quite good.
