OVERCOMING ADDICTION #183

Breaking free from social media addiction is a journey, and it's awesome I am taking steps to overcome it. For me, it is been about recognizing the triggers that make me reach for my phone, like boredom or habit. I have started replacing social media time with reading books, writing, and even taking walks. It is funny, I used to think social media was helping me stay connected, but now I see it is just a distraction from real-life connections.

** ** One thing I have noticed is that after hours of scrolling, I don't feel fulfilled or like I have learned anything meaningful. It is like my brain is just going through the motions. But when I read a book or write, I feel more engaged and like I am growing as a person.

** ** Dealing with addiction is tough, but it is worth it. If you don't tackle it, it will keep affecting your relationships, productivity, and even your mental health. For me, it is about being intentional with my time and focusing on activities that add value to my life. Deal with your addiction today.
