Hello, dear friends of the beautiful Hive Pets community, today I'm going to tell you about this beautiful iguana that always hangs around my town square.
She's protected in the area, and several people give her something to eat. She also knows how to behave and only comes down to feed herself.
This is a male, and some people are afraid to approach her because she might give them a strong tail swipe, which wouldn't be pleasant.
Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad Hive pets, hoy les hablaré sobre esta bella iguana la cual siempre merodea la plaza de mi pueblo.
Ella es protegida en la zona y varias personas le dan algo de comer, de igual manera ella se saben comportar y solo bajan a alimentarse.
Esta es macho y algunos tienen miedo de acercarse ya que les puede dar un fuerte coletazo y no seria agradable.
They prefer to be in trees and feed on leaves, fruits, and even some small animals that are close to their territory.
They always come to my home, but they're smaller. This surprises me since they're twice the size of the others.
We must respect their home, and the good thing about all this is that many people agree with me on protecting them.
Ellas prefieren estar sobre los árboles y alimentarse de hojas, frutos y hasta algunos pequeños animalitos que están cerca de su territorio.
En mi hogar siempre llegan pero de menor tamaño, esta me sorprende ya que tiene el doble de las demás.
Debemos respetar su hogar y lo bueno de todo esto es que muchas personas están de acuerdo conmigo en protegerlas.
Some people were hunting them recently, but the important thing is that action was taken and the matter was resolved.
I hope to continue enjoying these beautiful animals and will do my best to take care of their much-needed space.
