Hello, dear friends of the beautiful Hive Pets community, today I'm going to talk to you about this beautiful calf, the daughter of the Media Luna cow. Something that caught my attention were her horns.
Usually, when they're small, they are stubbed, meaning a hot iron is placed on the area where the horns go to prevent future disease.
This one was left like this because the place where she was cared for didn't do the job. Likewise, she is always checked to prevent her from developing a spur.
Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad Hive pets, hoy les hablaré sobre esta bella ternera la cual es hija de la vaca media luna y algo que llamó mi atención fueron sus cachos.
Por lo general cual están pequeños se suelen estoconar, es decir colocar un hierro caliente en la parte donde van los cachos para evitar enfermedades en el futuro.
Esta se dejó así ya que en donde las cuidaban no le hicieron el trabajo, de igual manera siempre se le hace un chequeo para evitar que le de la hueca.
She's very happy with the other cows, and in a few months she'll be ready to have her calves. It will take months of waiting.
She's already with the older ones, and the bull will know when she'll go into heat, meaning she'll be ready for the mountains.
Ella muy feliz con las demás vacas y es que dentro de pocos meses estará lista para poder tener sus crias, serán meses de espera.
Ya está con los mas grandes y el toro se dará cuenta en que momento ella entrará en celo, es decir lista para la monta.
The good thing about having those horns is that they can defend themselves from others, and I saw that in a cow named Estrella, who is a leader.
The horns on these animals are an advantage when it comes to fighting to defend a calf or territory, but the disadvantage is the disease in the horns that can kill them.

Lo bueno de tener esos cachos es que se puede defender de las demás y eso lo vi en una vaca llamada estrella la cual es lider.
Los cachos en estos animales significa una ventaja a la hora de las peleas por defender una cria o territorio, pero la desventaja es la enfermedad en los cachos que las puede matar.
