Hello dear friends of this wonderful Hive Pets community! Today I'll be talking about the white crested chickens that have had a great history in my coop.
Something I love about them is their elegance; they stand out anywhere, and they have a good size and weight.
Their eggs are cream-colored to white and a good size. They're sought after in markets for their delicious flavor.
Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad Hive pets, hoy les hablaré sobre las gallinas copetonas color blanco y que han tenido un buen antecedente en mi gallinero.
Algo que me gusta de ellas es que son elegantes y destacan en cualquier lugar, tienen un buen porte y peso.
Sus huevos son entre color crema y blanco y tienen buen tamaño, en los mercados son buscados por su buen sabor.
These hens are very assertive and always want to be near the rooster; they're good leaders, and that impresses me.
I've been gradually studying their behavior, and it turns out they don't like to sit in the nests; they leave that job to other hens.
They are good layers, but I haven't seen them as mothers to care for chicks. In many places, they're often replaced because of this behavior, but we must understand and be more astute, knowing how to take advantage of it.
Son unas gallinas que no se dejan de otras y siempre quieren estar junto al gallo, son buenas lider y eso me impresiona.
Poco a poco vengo estudiando su comportamiento y es que no les gusta echarse en los nidos, ellas le dejan ese trabajo a otras gallinas.
Si son buenas ponedoras pero de ser madres para cuidar pollitos no lo he visto, en muchos lugares suelen cambiarlas por ese comportamiento, pero debemos entender y ser mas astutos, saber aprovecharla.
They usually scratch around where they are and eat earthworms and some seeds. They are also given supplemental feed and corn.
I do recommend them in the chicken coop, and it all depends on what the owner wants to use them for. Some do it for their meat, and others, like me, for egg production.

Ellas suelen escarbar en el sitio donde están y comer lombriz y algunas semillas, de igual manera se les respalda con alimento y maiz.
Si las recomiendo en el gallinero y todo depende para que la quiera utilizar el dueño del sitio, unos lo hacen por su carne y otros por la ventas de huevos como yo.
