I got a lower back pain - out of nothing. No injury, no heavyweight lifting. Just happened when… tying shoe laces. Walking is painful, but the worst is to get up from sitting or laying down. I will see a physio tomorrow and hope we can defeat the pain.
The message from the Kofola board is ironically true - the more I sit the more difficult it is to walk. I’d swap jobs with @bucipuci for the week :-)
