Mindfulness: How do you achieve inner peace despite busy life and daily struggles?
Mindfulness in a busy world is quite the hard thing to do nowadays when everybody is busy with their different struggles from the man trying to make sales to the little baby crying for milk. Okay, you caught me, nothing really concerns this baby except for milk, hahaha.
However on a serious note, mindfulness is a practice which does not come naturally. It takes effort and well, effort can be hard to do. Mindfulness is really just about paying attention and accepting life as is...a lot of people would say, living in the moment and i suck at living in the moment but it is something I've been working on. Being mindful is something easier said than done.
Mindfulness is important still because it improves our wellbeing both mentally and physically. It keeps the mind active and helps with depression, stress and pain as such. It has so many countless benefits.
Since mindfulness is a habit which we practice often, you can do this by practicing mindful breathing, doing daily tasks mindfully, slowing down And focusing on one thing at a time, you can also try guided meditations.
Mindfulness is to be patient with yourself. journaling, exercising, mindful walking, self reflection are things you consistently practice and is therefore something that requires patience. being mindful includes reminding oneself that it is all a journey and not a destination by being kind to yourself and celebrating small wins.
