Hoy solo trabajé piernas y bicicleta cardio me sentí bien y me hacía falta drenar un poco con el ejercicio. De camino al gimnasio me encontré un perrito muy lindo y le tomé la foto.
Realice 4 series de 12 repeticiones en la máquina de piernas. En la de glúteos 4 series de 12 repeticiones. Con un peso de 5 kilos realice 4 series de 12 repeticiones. Bicicleta 12 :32
Por ahora he estado administrando el tiempo, por lo lejano que me queda mi actual trabajo se me ha dificultado mantener mi rutina de entrenamiento y los horarios son también un poco complicados como les comenté en mi post anterior. Pero seguimos con la intención de siempre estar en constante movimiento por salud.
El 15 cumpli mis 49 años super orgullosa de estar tan saludable.

Hi everyone, I was able to get away for an hour at the gym. This week has been a bit complicated with scheduling, but I managed to get in a workout.
