Por aqui de nuevo para ustedes con la rutina de mi dia de hoy viernes ,
Amaneci adolorida de la clase de gimnasia de ayer, el instructor me dijo si duele es por que lo hiciste bien jaja y yo me imagino que debe ser asi .
Hoy trabaje piernas,
4 series de 20 repeticiones con peso de 20 kilos .
4 series de 10 repeticiones con peso de 10 kilos.
2 series de 20 repeticiones con un peso de 30 kilos.
Con la maquina de piernas la barra pesa 40 kilos ahi solo hice solo 4 series de 10 repeticiones.
y para terminar hice bicicleta 11 minutos.
Es importante siempre reactivarse y no forzarse.
Almorze y descanse unas 2 horas para una actividad en el pueblo pero pense que era publica y ya era programada conla profesora de baile asi que solo la disfrute y tome fotos , para la proxima si seguramente participe como el resto del grupo.
Entrenar es fundamental para la salud física y mental. El entrenamiento regular mejora la fuerza, nos motiva y en mi caso siempre me genera paz y sus beneficios durante las semanana sienmpre son positivos para contrarrestar el estres del dia a dia que gracias a dios no me perturba pero en esta nueva etapa laboral las personas viven estresadas continuamente y creo que subren con mi paciencia controlada jaja .

Back again for you with my routine for today, Friday. I woke up sore from yesterday's gym class, the instructor told me that if it hurts, it's because you did it right, haha, and I imagine that must be the case.
Today I worked on my legs, 4 sets of 20 reps with a weight of 20 kilos. 4 sets of 10 reps with a weight of 10 kilos. 2 sets of 20 reps with a weight of 30 kilos. With the leg machine, the bar weighs 40 kilos, and I only did 4 sets of 10 reps there. To finish, I did 11 minutes on the bike.
It's always important to keep moving and not overdo it. I had lunch and rested for about 2 hours for an activity in town, but I thought it was public and already scheduled with the dance teacher, so I just enjoyed it and took photos. Next time, I will definitely participate like the rest of the group.
Training is essential for physical and mental health. Regular training improves strength, motivates us, and in my case, it always brings me peace, and its benefits throughout the week are always positive to counteract the daily stress that, thank God, doesn't disturb me. However, in this new work phase, people are continuously stressed, and I think they suffer with my controlled patience, haha.See you at the next training.
