The giants in the Bible actually existed. There were extraordinary men. They were men of renown. This must mean that they were doing extraordinary things. Those were the kind of beings which are described in the Bible as giants. Their giant nature was not that they were extra large humans. It is not a measure of their size and physical being. They were men of renown. They were men who were able to do extraordinary things. They were mighty men of old.
Gigantic humans who have extra-large bodies are not healthy people. There is a health defect in the nature of sure people. Such humans are generally weak. They do not have the capacity to do anything that requires physical strength. Gigantism is a form of disease. There is no one with this kind of nature that could possibly do some extra ordinary work. Those giants in the Bible were not people who possessed gigantism. They were men with extraordinary abilities. Genesis 6:4-5 (KJV) There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
The giants were born out of a cross breed of angels and humans. The sons of God who came in unto the daughters of men are the angels. When the Bible talks about the sons of God, it is referring to the angels. The angels left their natural God given habitats and desired to come in unto the daughters of men. God had sent those angels into prison. The Bible says that they are kept in chains till the day of judgement.
These giants were wiped off by the flood in the days of Noah. They were those who brought in most of the evil that occurred during the days of Noah. The Bible says that the imaginations of their hearts were altogether evil always.
