Many People can get stressed or start to panic because they didn't get things right. Some can become very annoyed when they're defeated, especially when playing games, whether Digitally or physically. But this really can affect our Mental Health if we don't know how to cope when things go wrong. Sorry to say this, it really affected, mentally and emotionally, even my Friendship with my family and friends became affected. What really caused this Phenomenon?
I'm a person who really loves to play video games, and I also make sure that everything I practice comes out with Positive effects. Each time I lost or didn't get things right, I became very angry and easily gave up. It started to affect me mentally and emotionally to the Extent that I was now thinking more about myself than others. I didn't care how others felt about my Wrong Actions and was just thinking more about my Failure than the Solution. Hmm, too Bad isn't it?
But a Friend of mine noticed this recent action and he decided to help me. He said that I should take My Failure as a Motivation to do better, not something that I should review over and over again, and stick to it. Learn from my Mistakes and try to improve. And I can tell you that I'm better than before.
My cleaning Activity for Today being 23/08/2025
It's been a while since I did some cleaning on my street, so I decided to accomplish today's activity in this area despite it's a bit dark. Yes, I should have done it earlier, but I came back a bit later today because I was assisting my Christian Friends to cook for an Ongoing Event in my Christian Organization.
