A Refreshing Escape: My Experience at Nature Balamban, Cebu

 Nature Balamban is a hidden heaven in the Balamban green hills, Cebu and offers the ideal combination of recreation and adventure. I was blessed with an opportunity to visit this beautiful resort over a weekend recently and it was an experience that would not be forgotten. The best thing that Nature Balamban was the alternative to the stress and the urban life with its beautiful natural landscape and calming swimming pool.  I also felt overwhelmed with the wonderful sceneries the mountains and plants surrounding me when I entered the Nature Balamban. The resort will be constructed in a balance with nature in form of wooden structures that have well-developed gardens. I chose a nature walk conducted by one of the employees who gave interesting facts about the flora and fauna in the area. The walk did not only enable me to relate with nature but also an opportunity to be educated on the need to conserve the environment.  I went back to the pool area to relax after the walking. I brought a nice book and swept away the afternoon doing nothing but lounging about the pool, drinking fresh coconut water. The serene environment made one forget about the back pressure of life. I also made use of services of the resort like the excellent massage that helped me feel renewed and replenished.  I was looking forward to trying the food service at Nature Balamban as the evening came nearer. The menu of the restaurant is loaded with tasty local food prepared with freshly local food. I enjoyed an awesome dinner of grilled seafood and Filipino staple foods and at the same time had a tremendous view of the sunset through the outdoor restaurant.  The weekend at Nature Balamban was a highly awaited vacation that gave life back to me. It was an experience that I will never forget because of the beauty of nature, the relaxed accommodations and warm reception. Nature Balamban can be your best place to be whether you want to have adventure or rest and reconnect to nature. I went away feeling inspired and thankful of the beauty of Cebu already scheming my future visit to this peaceful paradise. When you visit Cebu you should not miss an opportunity to feel the magic of Nature Balamban!
