Hola a todos mis amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy y en esta otra ocasión vengo a traerles unas fotografías de mi entrenamiento en casa de mi amigo @sw-yisus dónde pues fue un día bastante bueno ya que me enfocaría en plancha y en front lever dónde me haría unos buenos combos de puro estaticos, dónde la plancha stradlle cada día me sentiría mejor y más fuerte dónde pues me haria una mejor postura más solida y podría hacer un press de stradlle no lo más limpio posible pero si ya sería un gran avance en mi arsenal de movimientos estaticos, luego me haria unos combos de front lever dónde tendríamos 3 pull ups de front lever y 3 presses seguidos donde pues la limpieza en los presses no es lo mejor pero ya por lo menos me voy sintiendo mucho mas fuerte con el 3-3-3 de este mismo, luego me haría un touch bastante clean de front lever, pues está semana me enfocare en hacer muchos mas intentos de plancha y front lever, más que todo de plancha para así mejorar mucho más tanto en piso como en paralelas y llevar mejor a flote mi fuerza de empuje, para así ser lo más completo posible en esto del Street Workout, espero seguir teniendo días asi de buenos como este y progresar mucho más 💪🏻❤️.

Hello to all my SWC friends, I hope you are all doing well today. I'm bringing you some photos of my training at my friend @sw-yisus's house, where it was a pretty good day, focusing on planks and front levers, where I would do some really good combos, where with the straight plank I would feel better and stronger every day, where I would get a better, more solid posture, and I could do a straight press, not as clean as possible, but it would already be a great advance in my arsenal of static movements. Then I would do some front lever combos where we would have 3 front lever pull-ups and 3 presses in a row, where the cleanliness of the presses is not the best, but at least I'm feeling much stronger with the 3-3-3 of this one. Then I would do a pretty clean touch of the front lever, so this week I will focus on doing many more attempts at the plank and front lever, especially the plank, to improve much more both on the floor and on the parallel bars. And to better harness my pushing power, so I can be as well-rounded as possible in this Street Workout. I hope to continue having good days like this one and make much more progress 💪🏻❤️.
