Eh querido probar el gimnasio debido a que quiero enfocarme un poco más en mejorar físicamente, no piensa dejar la calistenia incluso quiero combinar el gimnasio con la calistenia para así poder mejorar en fuerza ya en la parte de los estáticos, por eso eh querido enfocarme un tiempo en la fuerza y sin más nada que decirles estas son fotos de los Ejercicios que realicé el día de ayer. Espero que le guste 🙏🏻
I wanted to try the gym because I want to focus a little more on improving physically, I don't plan to leave calisthenics, I even want to combine the gym with calisthenics so I can improve strength already in the static part, that's why I wanted to focus a little time in the force and without anything else to tell you, these are photos of the Exercises that I did yesterday.
