Hola! Queridos amigos de #hive y #swc. El día se hoy parte de lo que fue de mi día de entrenamiento ,ya que no e estado tan activo por dolores en la muñeca que me impiden hacer planchas , pero bueno aquí estoy dándole poco a poco 🔥. Me enfoque más que todo en hacer un combo de (estático) , espero que les guste este video , no pude llevar ejecutar muy bien los trucos ya que me dolía un poco la muñeca , pero lo importante es nunca dejar de entrenar y hacer estos entrenamientos con mucha disciplina, así podremos ver a dónde llega nuestro esfuerzo y ver nuestro buen potencial. .

I focused more than anything on doing a (static) combo, I hope you like this video, I couldn't perform the tricks very well since my wrist hurt a bit, but the important thing is to never stop training and do these workouts with a lot of discipline, so that we can see where our effort is going and see our good potential.
