Hello everyone, today I'm going to share an Italian meal. It's a small mid-day meal, but it's a very typical Italian dish. This dish is called Mozzarella in Carrozza Carriage, which is a cheese sandwich between two slices of bread. It originated in southern Italy, the Campania region, and is popular throughout Italy, including Venice.

It's typically made with crustless bread, Mozzarella cheese, flour, milk, and eggs. It's typically served hot, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.

We went to this restaurant with a friend from Venice. It's a popular spot for tourists, and there were quite a few customers, but we didn't stay long. We just ordered some snacks and a few drinks before leaving.

There's a long line of seats at the front, which allows you to look outward, thanks to the glass windows. This is a narrow, Venetian-style alleyway. After ordering the Moncellar, we sat at the front and ordered drinks.

It was a rather cold day, and we enjoyed the Moncellar while it was still warm. I loved the feeling of eating it while it was still warm, with the chewy, delicious cheese inside.

I loved making it look so appetizing. I invited my friend to try it, and they showed us how stretchy the cheese was. The Moncellar at this restaurant is quite delicious.

We each had a piece because it was a snack between meals, as we watched the people passing by in Venice. And here's the Mozzarella in Carrozza snack. I hope you enjoyed my post and photos. Thank you for following along and have a great day!
