Hello everyone, today I'm going to be cooking with you all. This isn't a recipe, but it's a presentation of dishes I make while I'm at home. When I'm home, I get the chance to cook various dishes that I love. Sometimes I come up with my own recipes, and sometimes I adapt others' recipes because I don't have the same ingredients. But, as they say, cooking is an art.
And here's what I'm making. First, I'll be making steamed seafood curry over rice. It's a combination of omelet, curry paste, and coconut milk. If I have time, I'll share this recipe. It's incredibly delicious. I love this dish, but since I don't have time in the kitchen, I tend to rush and don't have time to share the steps.
Thai food is a type of som tam (papaya salad). It's a combination of various vegetables, and it's called tam pa. It tastes similar to Thai som tam, but it's also delicious. I made this dish two days a week. I love it so much because I don't get to eat it very often when I travel. So I made it twice, using whatever vegetables I had available, sometimes adding pickled vegetables. It was incredibly delicious.
I'll also make this fried rice with egg dish for my family. This is fried rice with eggs, with almost every grain of rice coated in egg. Because of the method, I scramble the eggs with the rice first. This is a favorite dish. Next time I make this dish again, I'll share it with my friends so they can see what ingredients I need. This dish is a family favorite, and they all love it.
Next is fried rice mixed with chili paste. This is similar to fried rice with eggs, but with the addition of chili paste. This dish is well-known among Thais. The difference between chili paste and chili paste is its flavor. Mine is Nam Prik Nam Yoi, a northern Thai chili paste with the aroma of fried shallots. This dish is delicious and enjoyable to eat.
And the last dish is Pad Krapow, a popular Thai dish that I have to make because I've traveled many places and never had this dish. This is a dish I make frequently and easily, and I think everyone knows how to make it. I love this dish, and my boyfriend loves it too. And here are all the dishes I made.
