Hello everyone! Today, I'm going to take you on a cooking trip, and this time, it's an off-site cooking experience. We're working outside for a superbike race, and this time, we're in Hungary. Before the race, we have to prepare the food and the venue, and each meal will be prepared by an Italian chef. Since I'm the only Thai person, they wanted a Thai meal. Since I didn't bring anything except the Pad Krapow sauce I brought with me, I chose this dish because it's easy to make.
After being assigned, I prepared the ingredients I had. Actually, I had almost all of them. It was amazing! I started cooking with eight coworkers. I prepared the Pad Krapow and served it with an omelet.
This Pad Krapow uses beef. I had some meat, but it was only a little. My chef friend brought me some more, so I had to chop it up because there were a lot of meat for eight people, and I wanted everyone to eat their fill. This is what the dish looked like.
I started by making the omelets, one at a time. I'd use two omelets per plate. When I fried them, I covered them with hot steamed rice. Today, I'm going to separate the stir-fried basil into a center dish. Anyone who wants to try it can. Today, I'm making a mild-spicy stir-fried basil because people here don't like spicy food.
It's ready to serve. This is what it looks like. In addition to the stir-fried basil, I'll also have a spicy salad. I had two packages of instant noodles, so I used them to make a spicy salad to serve as another dish. This dish has a delicious, sour flavor. Everyone loved my new dish because it was unique, and they applauded me.
Besides the dishes I made, I also brought other dishes that I bought. These are the ones I bought. I didn't make them myself; my friends, Italian chefs, make these dishes every day. They create delicious dishes for us and our customers. It looks like this.
