Hello everyone, today I'm taking you to Hungary, another country I visited. It was in SiΓ³fok District, Hungary, for dinner before starting work the next day. Our choice of restaurant was Roxy Sistok Restaurant, about 20 minutes from our accommodation. After finding parking, we walked to the restaurant.
During dinner, the restaurant was quite crowded, and we were in a group, so we shared two tables of about eight people. The atmosphere was quite pleasant both inside and outside. The interior, especially the tables, was arranged in zones. The decor was quite classic, and I really liked this style. From the entrance to the restroom, the walls were decorated with artistic paintings, creating a refreshingly unique atmosphere. Every lamp was engraved with the restaurant's name, adding a touch of chicness and uniqueness.
The atmosphere was also nice outside. Although it was crowded, we stopped sitting outside. After the waiter finished setting up tables for us, we looked at the menu. The menu we ordered was on the display, which I think was the restaurant's special menu. We ordered two dishes to share, two of each. I can't remember the names, but they were delicious. The sauce was creamy, which I really liked. The flavor was strong and flavorful, not too rich.
Another dish was fried frog. If I hadn't told you it was frog, I would have been hungry, but I tried it and it was delicious. My memory of the frog was palpable, and I didn't even celebrate it for a moment. It looked so delicious, but I only tried it, not eating it all. Even though it was cut into small pieces, I just tasted it. Then we had our main courses.
For me, I ordered the duck. Before it arrived, I imagined it would be delicious, and not every restaurant offers this dish. Usually, it's usually beef or pork, and this was a rare occasion when I chose the duck. The others shared dishes, and some ordered goulash, which is also a famous dish here. After we finished ordering, we ordered drinks and chose wine.
Soon, our dishes arrived. Each dish looked very delicious, especially the duck leg I ordered, served with a side dish. The flavor was perfectly balanced and delicious. I loved the dish I chose. And the goulash was my favorite. I really like this restaurant's goulash. The meat was tender and delicious, with a perfect balance of spices.
My friends also ordered fried dishes and rice, shared sets for two. I tried the same dish, and it was delicious, but I preferred the goulash and duck sprouts. We had a wonderful meal. I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant, it's one of my favorites in Hungary. I hope you all enjoyed my photos and stories. Thanks for following along and have a great day!
