Generally, life is hard and has many experiences and situational occurrences. I have grown to have a specific way of responding to every situation, which people misunderstand as being nonchalant, even in situations of truth and lies. Personally, I hate lies and liars, so I resist any form of lying because what I don't like doing, I don't do for others. In the same way, I don't expect such situations from anyone.

I wouldn't say I am perfect because we tend to learn every day, both through experience and situation, and also challenges, but I make sure and try my best to make the right decisions in any situation I find myself in. I have once encountered a situation where I needed to lie to escape, but instead I just kept silent and did not say anything until a friend spoke for me, and I didn't need to say yes or no. I find myself in situations where I will prefer not to lie, and just get my mind off it. This has really helped me grow to become a better person.
Nobody is born perfect; we all grow to be perfect through our life experiences and the situations we face around us. Life teaches us experience and helps us to grow, but the truth is our destiny is in our hands, it is left for us if we want to grow, speak the truth, learn from mistakes and face any situations confronting us.
Personally, I believe omission is not a bad thing to do, when we do it to the wrong person or at the wrong time, then it is a bad thing to do. Based on my concept of omission of lie, I wouldn't advise anyone to tell a straight lie or to lie towards someone. I believe a liar can never be trusted in many situations, and anyone who cannot be trusted is not liable to do business with. I believe in speaking the truth, and when you feel the truth might be too heavy, I will prefer not to say anything in this situation because I know this can affect a person or even a situation. I believe all liars don't have a good ending because I believe lies are too fragile a change to a positive situation just to follow another selfish desire, which is why I try my best to avoid situations that will put me in this stance.
I always talk to myself, just like friends around me, to speak the truth in every situation we find ourselves in, except it involves life and death or survival, but regardless, nobody is perfect, and we tend to learn every day, growing up to become a better version than yesterday. Being a better man is better than being a foolish Man, I have watched men of integrity both in real life and movies wise and I have also learnt from Selfish and Foolish men and trust me, I try my best to learn from mistakes and walk in the right paths so I don't regret in the future.
