Growing up, we were made to understand the fact that health is wealth, some people find it hard to believe this fact because they think with money they can have it all, but can a man enjoy life or live his lifestyles and he is struggling with his health. Also every part and organ of the human body is money but nobody dares to release any of it because it hold value to our survival.
Having a good healthy lifestyle is really important in life. This is one reason I get to exercise and jog every week at least twice to help boost my cardiovascular endurance and keep my mental and physical body active. It takes real discipline to start exercising, and trust me, it has really been helpful for my growth and developing my confidence.
Below, I will share what I do to stay active mentally and physically.

Exercise Regularly: Being a sportsman, I make sure to keep myself fit, and if my mind is distracted by something or someone, I jog to ease my mind. Exercise and sport have always been my main therapy, both mentally and physically.

Stay Hydrated: This is one of the most underrated factors we tend not to notice. Drinking enough water daily helps to calm our minds and also keeps us active. I make sure I drink water very well, especially cold water, even though it's not as healthy as hot water, but it keeps me calm.

Eat a Balanced diet; Eating a balanced diet can help us physically and mentally. There are foods for a mental boost, and there is also food for physical strength. We need to plan ourselves and take measurements of the foods we eat. There are some sets of meals I take after rigorous exercise, as well as with other ones.

Watch movies and comedy: I can't even imagine a world without movies or comedy; we need these two, even though they are distractions to our generation, to help keep our minds happy and also to feel alive.

Reading of Books and engaging on Hive; Getting to reading different authors and different inspirations on Hive, I have been able to get to see different people's inspirations about life and their country through Hive and trust me, they are all not the same. Understanding this context in relation to my environment and playing a significant positive role in keeping it alive mentally and physically

Social Connection; I get to talk to friends if I make any mistake or error in my journey and this has really favoured me in so many ways because there are some times io will make mistakes that I will feel might be correct but when there is someone there to respond to my errors everything softens out.
There is a lot more to learn from life, because if we fail to understand ourselves mentally and physically, the world will break us down with a lot of things. Self-awareness and discovery are really important to understand how life works. Every day I wake up, I get to pray and meditate daily on how everything around me is moving and how life is moving so fast and I'm just there.
