Mi prima/hermana pequeña ya no está tan pequeña, al fin alcanzó la mayoría de edad y para celebrarlo le hicimos una pequeña fiesta sorpresa en mi casa con toda la familia que la amamos, y hubo lágrimas de felicidad en su cara al ver lo apreciada y amada que es por todos nosotros. ❤️ La vida no me dió hermanas Pero me dió a mi dos primas que nos criamos como si las tres fueramos las hermanas más unidas del mundo. A pesar de que vivimos en ciudades distintas siempre trato de estar en su cumpleaños y lo he logrado por varios años seguidos.... Este año, ella vino de vacaciones para Caracas y justo se quedó hasta su cumpleaños así que teníamos que hacerle algo súper especial ✨. Ella es muy fanática del anime por lo que planeamos hacerle la decoración y la torta de sus personajes favoritos de diferentes animes, no les sabría decir específicamente cuáles fueron los personajes porque no veo anime y no tengo ni idea de eso solo se que ella los ama y era una exelente temática. Su hermana se encargó de buscar los personajes y mi cuñada le hizo la torta, entre mi hermano y mi cuñada hicieron la decoración de la fiesta y al final todo estaba listo al momento que ella se despertara para que viera la temática de su fiesta 🥳. Ella lloro de la emoción y eso fue todo lo que necesitábamos para saber que le había encantado.

My cousin/little sister isn't so little anymore. She finally came of age, and to celebrate, we threw her a little surprise party at my house with all the family who loves her. There were tears of happiness on her face when she saw how much we all appreciate and love her. ❤️ Life didn't give me sisters, but it gave me two cousins who grew up as if the three of us were the closest sisters in the world. Even though we live in different cities, I always try to be there for her birthday, and I've managed to do so for several years in a row.... This year, she came to Caracas on vacation and happened to stay until her birthday, so we had to do something super special for her ✨. She is a huge anime fan, so we planned to decorate the party and make a cake featuring her favorite characters from different anime series. I can't tell you specifically which characters they were because I don't watch anime and have no idea about it, but I know she loves them and it was an excellent theme. Her sister was in charge of finding the characters and my sister-in-law made the cake. My brother and sister-in-law did the party decorations, and in the end, everything was ready when she woke up so she could see the party theme 🥳. She cried with emotion, and that was all we needed to know that she loved it.

La familia empezó a llegar y desde el primer minuto ya estábamos con el ánimo arriba, la música, los regalos, las conversaciones, risas que iban y venían, todo marchaba como tenía que ser y lo más importante, la cumpleañera estaba felíz ❤️. Después de las sesión de fotos de toda la familia con la cumpleañera recreamos una foto que teníamos de su cumpleaños número 16 dónde todos los primos hicimos una foto por orden de edad y este año la recreamos, creo que ya quedó establecido como una tradición de nosotros jaja. Después de eso nos pusimos a jugar UNO con unas cartas que compre que son de temática de Harry Potter y de verdad que fue lo más increíble de este mundo, somos muy fans de la saga y todo el juego lo adaptamos para decir las cosas más icónicas de Harry Potter como hechizos para decir que nos quedaba una carta en vez de cantar ¡UNO!, decíamos el nombre de una casa de Hogwarts para elegir un color ya que los colores del UNO con los colores de la cada una de las cosas coinciden, fue un rato muy agradable donde gané varias partidas 💅🏻. Después vino lo más divertido de la noche el karaoke, algo que nos caracteriza a nosotros como familia es que sabemos armar una buena fiesta y todos le metemos al karaoke sin pena alguna y yo particularmente amo esa parte de las fiestas sobre todo cuando cantamos canciones de señora dolida 😂. Cante "Cosas del amor" con la cumpleañera, "Divinas" y "Tango llorón" de patito feo, Pero lo mejor fue cuando cantamos canciones de somos tu y yo como "Somos tu y yo" claramente y "Los celulares" dónde pusimos a bailar a todo el mundo jaja, ese es mi carta mejor jugada ya que siempre anima la fiesta 😂.

The family began to arrive, and from the very first minute we were in high spirits. The music, the gifts, the conversations, the laughter coming and going—everything was going as it should, and most importantly, the birthday girl was happy. After the photo session with the whole family and the birthday girl, we recreated a photo we had from her 16th birthday where all the cousins took a photo in order of age, and this year we recreated it. I think it has now become a tradition for us haha. After that, we played UNO with some Harry Potter-themed cards I bought, and it was truly the most incredible thing in the world. We are huge fans of the saga, and we adapted the whole game to say the most iconic things from Harry Potter, like spells to say we had one card left instead of shouting “UNO!” We said the name of a Hogwarts house to choose a color, since the colors of UNO match the colors of each of the things. It was a very enjoyable time where I won several games. Then came the most fun part of the night: karaoke. Something that characterizes us as a family is that we know how to throw a good party, and we all get into karaoke without any shame. I particularly love that part of parties, especially when we sing songs about heartbreak 😂. I sang “Cosas del amor” with the birthday girl, “Divinas,” and “Tango Llorón” by Patito Feo, but the best part was when we sang songs from Somos Tú y Yo, like “Somos Tú y Yo” clearly and “Los Celulares,” where we got everyone dancing, haha. That's my best move, since it always livens up the party.

Después de muchas risas, bailes y karaoke era hora de cantar cumpleaños, realmente mi prima no quería picar la torta porque le había encantado Pero también quería comerla así que tenía que decidir jaja, al final cantamos cumpleaños de manera muy venezolana, bien animada e hizo su respectivo corte de la torta y el grito del deseo (el que no conozca el canto venezolano para el cumpleaños lo invito a buscarlo jaja, es larguísimo pero divertido). La torta estaba deliciosa y lo bueno es que todo quedó en familia ya que mi cuñada es exelente con la repostería y ella siempre se encarga de eso con todos los cumpleañeros, ese siempre es su regalo y todos estamos muy agradecidos con eso. 🥰 Después de un día exelente y muy bonito donde se cumplió el objetivo que era hacer a la cumpleañera la persona más feliz y querida del mundo, era hora de despedirse de los invitados Pero sin duda fue un día cargado de risas y de mucho canto jaja. A mí prima, la amo con toda mi alma y que dicha verla crecer y poder regalarle momentos así, y por supuesto que dicha poder compartirlos con ella. ✨ Gracias por leer mi post, también es una dicha compartir mis aventuras con ustedes y ser parte de esta linda comunidad Hive, nos vemos en el siguiente.... bye. ❤️

After lots of laughter, dancing, and karaoke, it was time to sing “Happy Birthday.” My cousin really didn't want to cut the cake because she loved it so much, but she also wanted to eat it, so she had to make a decision, haha. In the end, we sang “Happy Birthday” in a very Venezuelan way, very lively, and she cut the cake and made her wish (if you don't know the Venezuelan birthday song, I invite you to look it up, haha, it's very long but fun). The cake was delicious, and the good thing is that it was all family, since my sister-in-law is excellent at baking and she always takes care of that for all the birthday boys and girls. That's always her gift, and we're all very grateful for that. 🥰 After an excellent and very beautiful day where we achieved our goal of making the birthday girl the happiest and most loved person in the world, it was time to say goodbye to the guests. But without a doubt, it was a day full of laughter and lots of singing, haha. I love my cousin with all my heart, and what a joy it is to see her grow up and be able to give her moments like this, and of course, what a joy it is to be able to share them with her. ✨ Thank you for reading my post.
