Chao semestre universitario 💙// Bye university semester 💙

Este semestre de la universidad estuvo cargado de muchas emociones, muchos momentos felices Pero también momentos de mucho estrés y frustración pero a pesar de eso logré terminar todas mis materias con buenas notas y sobre todo, muy buenos conocimientos. Cómo he mencionado varias veces ya yo estoy en la recta final de mi TSU en fisioterapia y este semestre fue el último con materias fuertes ya que eran las últimas materias que me quedaban por ver, al menos las más importantes, ahora me quedan solo tres materias de relleno y pasantías ✨, por eso el trimestre fue demasiado demandante por lo que llegó a ser muy absorvente también pero pude encontrar la manera de estudiar y rendir en la universidad sin dejar mi vida a un lado 💙. Los últimos días fueron agitados porque eran para presentar las últimas evaluaciones, nos tocaba hacer trabajos larguísimos y defenderlos, más las pruebas prácticas y exámenes escritos, Pero también eran los exámenes con más motivación porque eran los últimos y eso significaba la culminación de una materia demandante y el inicio de unas vacaciones bien merecidas.

This semester of college was full of many emotions, many happy moments but also moments of much stress and frustration but despite that I managed to finish all my subjects with good grades and above all, very good knowledge. As I have mentioned several times I am already in the final stretch of my TSU in physiotherapy and this semester was the last one with strong subjects since they were the last subjects I had left to see, at least the most important ones, now I have only three filler subjects and internships left ✨, so the term was too demanding so it became very absorbing too but I could find a way to study and perform at the university without leaving my life aside 💙. The last days were hectic because they were to present the last evaluations, we had to do very long papers and defend them, plus the practical tests and written exams, but they were also the most motivating exams because they were the last ones and that meant the culmination of a demanding subject and the beginning of a well-deserved vacation.

Este trimestre también tuvo cosas muy buenas, como cuando fuimos los fisioterapeutas encargados del evento de esgrima en la UCV, fue el mejor día de mi vida como fisioterapeuta sin duda, que emoción tan grande ser parte de eso ✨. También note que ya a estas alturas me siento muy cómoda presentando casos clínicos, me encanta porque eso será mi pan de cada día en mi trabajo obviamente, pero como estudiantes siempre tenemos ese temor de ¿Será que lo estamos haciendo bien? Y en este momento no estoy del todo segura de si es que ya soy una experta o simplemente trabajo muy duro para que cada uno quede increíble, lo cierto del caso es que cualquiera que sea me está ayudando para ser la mejor profesional que puedo ser. Realmente este semestre estuvo cargado de muchas exposiciones y exámenes prácticos, la Génesis del primer semestre se moriría si le tocara todo eso jajajaja. También me tocó otro tipo de restos como hacer un Reels para Instagram hablando sobre una patología a nivel empresarial y dar consejos de como evitarla y así, ir aprendiendo como promocionar nuestro trabajo por medio de las redes sociales.... El video quedó increíble así que si quieren ir a verlo vayan a mi Instagram @Milabarriosr, el vídeo se trata de la epicondilitis o mejor conocida como codo de tenista y es muy común en personas que trabajan en oficina por la posición del teclado y del ratón, así que si ves el vídeo y presentas alguno de esos síntomas es mejor acudir a un fisioterapeuta ☺️.

This quarter also had some great things, like when we were the physical therapists in charge of the fencing event at UCV, it was the best day of my life as a physical therapist without a doubt, what a thrill to be part of that ✨. I also noticed that by now I feel very comfortable presenting clinical cases, I love it because that will be my bread and butter in my job obviously, but as students we always have that fear of Are we doing it right? And at this point I am not entirely sure if I am already an expert or if I just work very hard to make each one look amazing, the truth of the matter is that whatever it is, it is helping me to be the best professional I can be. This semester was really loaded with a lot of expositions and practical exams, the Genesis of the first semester would die if she got all that hahahaha. I also had to do another kind of remains like making a Reels for Instagram talking about a pathology at a business level and give tips on how to avoid it and thus, go learning how to promote our work through social networks.... The video was amazing so if you want to go see it go to my Instagram @Milabarriosr, the video is about epicondylitis or better known as tennis elbow and is very common in people who work in office by the position of the keyboard and mouse, so if you see the video and you present any of these symptoms it is best to go to a fisioterapeut to ☺️.

Cómo fue un trimestre fuerte muchas veces el estrés nos hacia que nuestro humor no estuviera del todo correcto y discutía con mis mejores amigas, bien se dice que la universidad no se pasa sola y que los amigos que haces en ella son la pieza clave para el éxito universitario, y gracias a dios la vida puso en mi camino a dos personas increíbles que más que compañeras de volvieron parte importante en mi vida, creo que no ellas saben la magnitud de importancia que tienen 🩷. A pesar de las pequeñas discusiones por equis cosa siempre buscamos la manera volver a la misma confianza de antes, porque algo que si tenemos nosotras es que sabemos perfectamente que si alguna dice algo que no debe no fue a propósito sino por el calor del momento, se habla y se soluciona todo ✨, aunque siempre nos tratamos con todo el respeto que nos merecemos. Lo mismo sucede con los profesores, hay algunos que se volvieron muy amigos porque les gusta tener confianza con sus estudiantes y realmente son los mejores profesores que puedan existir, son increíbles profesionales que tienen la mejor dedicación para enseñarte y lo hacen muy bien, aman formar a los futuros profesionales del país y sobre todo que tengamos la confianza con ellos para acercarnos y pedirles ayuda o un concejo con cualquier problema o duda que tengamos sobre la carrera y la vida en general 😊.

As it was a strong quarter many times the stress made us that our mood was not quite right and argued with my best friends, it is well said that the university is not passed alone and that the friends you make in it are the key to university success, and thank God life put in my way two incredible people that more than companions became an important part of my life, I think they do not know the magnitude of importance they have 🩷. Despite the small arguments for one thing or another we always look for a way to return to the same confidence as before, because something that we have is that we know perfectly well that if someone says something that should not was not on purpose but by the heat of the moment, we talk and solve everything ✨, although we always treat each other with all the respect we deserve. The same happens with the teachers, there are some who became very close friends because they like to have confidence with their students and they really are the best teachers that can exist, they are incredible professionals who have the best dedication to teach you and they do it very well, they love to form the future professionals of the country and above all that we have the confidence with them to approach them and ask for help or advice with any problem or doubt that we have about the career and life in general 😊.

Para culminar el trimestre y siguiendo con el hecho de lo bien profesores que son un profesor nos regaló un curso de Kinesiotape a sus alumnos de una materia en específico, el cobra por ese curso claramente y al final les entrega su diploma por haber culminado, Pero como fuimos un grupo muy bueno que sacaron muy buenas notas y genuinamente se vio el esfuerzo y el conocimiento adquirido, decidió regalarnos el curso ✨ así que ahora estamos a la espera de nuestro diploma. Este trimestre fue muy duro si, pero sin duda fue el mejor de todos, no solo porque los profesores que me tocaron fueron exelentes sino también porque siento que aprendí muchísimo sobre mí carrera y que tengo una base muy buena para ir a pasantías y saber desenvolverme sin morir en el intento 😂, sin duda ya me está pegando la nostalgia de saber que ya esta etapa universitaria está llegando a su fin y que por más quejas que pude haber hecho en su momento, si que la voy a extrañar..... To culminate the quarter and continuing with the fact of how good teachers are a professor gave us a Kinesiotape course to his students of a specific subject, he charges for that course clearly and at the end he gives them their diploma for having completed it, but as we were a very good group that got very good grades and genuinely saw the effort and knowledge acquired, he decided to give us the course ✨ so now we are waiting for our diploma. This term was very hard yes, but it was certainly the best of all, not only because the teachers who touched me were excellent but also because I feel that I learned a lot about my career and that I have a very good basis to go to internships and know how to manage without dying in the attempt 😂, no doubt I am already hitting the nostalgia of knowing that this university stage is coming to an end and that no matter how many complaints I could have done at the time, I will miss it.....
