Every weekend I wake up very happy and excited because these are my days off and that means I can spend them doing activities that I love to do and that I never expect to get tired of. Calisthenics has become the cure for all my ills. Previously it was dancing but, due to many insecurities, I started to take refuge more in Calisthenics. I would be lying if I said I didn't miss dancing.
On Saturdays I usually get up early, have breakfast and then get ready to go to the park to shoot and take pictures. I really enjoy doing it because it keeps my mind busy and focused on what I have to do and not on my to-do's, both at home and at work. Although more at home because at work I am usually very responsible and I deliver everything every day, but at home there are times when I get lazy and I just want to rest.
On this day that I went to the park, I took advantage of all the time I was there to take my best pictures and recordings. The sun was super strong but I really liked it that way because I feel that it enhanced my muscles a bit more, my little muscles hahahaha. 🙈
Beyond that, I like to shoot and take photos even when there is a lot of sun because the quality is spectacular. I don't like to share photos or videos where the quality looks almost nil, so yes, I really loved this photo shoot I took of myself with the help of my tripod when I went to the park. 🥰

Cada fin de semana despierto muy contenta y animada porque son mis días de descanso y eso significa poder dedicarlo a actividades que amo hacer y de las que nunca espero cansarme. La Calistenia se ha convertido en la cura de todos mis males. Anteriormente lo era el baile pero, por muchas inseguridades, me empecé a refugiar más en la Calistenia. Mentiría si digo que no extraño bailar.
Los Sábados suelo levantarme temprano, desayunar y luego alistarme para ir al Parque a grabar y tomarme fotos. Disfruto muchísimo hacerlo porque, hace que mantenga mi mente ocupada y concentrada en lo que debo hacer y no en mis pendientes por hacer, tanto en casa, como en el trabajo. Aunque más en la casa porque en mi trabajo suelo ser muy responsable y entrego todo al día, pero en casa hay veces que me pega mucha pereza y deseo solo descansar.
En este día que fui al parque, aproveché todo ese momento que estuve allí para sacar mis mejores fotos y grabaciones. El sol estaba súper fuerte pero me gustó mucho que así fuera porque siento que realzaba un poco más mis músculos, mis pequeños músculos jajajaja. 🙈
Más allá de eso, me gusta grabar y tomar fotos igualmente cuando hay mucho sol porque la calidad es espectacular. No me gusta compartir fotos o vídeos en donde la calidad se vea casi nula, así que si, amé muchísimo esta sesión de fotos que me hice a mi misma con ayuda de mi trípode cuando fui al parque. 🥰
